It was week three of the State League Division two and league leaders Balga dropped their first points of the season after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Swan United at Francis Street.
Balga went 1-0 up 20 minute. Swan handled the ball in the box, and Vlad Naumovski took the penalty which Joey Smith saved, but Naumovski was alert to score from the rebounded.
Swan equalised in the second minute of the second half, a great shot by Brennan Borzecki that flew into the top corner. Naumovski almost got the winner for Balga later in the half, but his header from a corner crashed into the bar.
