Balga Soccer Club is looking to take the next step in the growth of women’s and girls’ football, and we’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Director of Women’s Football to join the Balga SC Board.
Women’s football is growing rapidly at Balga SC, with ambitious plans for 2027 that include six junior girls’ teams for ages 10–18 and a senior women’s team competing in the Central State League. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a genuine role in shaping the future of women’s football at the club.
The successful candidate will help drive growth and opportunities for women and girls, support the development of our teams and pathways, and help shape an exciting new chapter for Balga SC — both on and off the pitch.
If you’re passionate about football, committed to creating opportunities for women and girls, and want to make a real difference at Balga SC, we’d love to hear from you.
